Cancellation Policy

-All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. -A confirmation text message will be sent 48 hours prior to your appointment. -If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so within the 48 hours time frame. -Any no call/ no-shows will be banned from booking services with me. No exceptions! -Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without sufficient notice, it prevents me from offering that time slot to other clients. I value everyone’s time and appreciate your cooperation. -It is also important to note that all prices are starting at & subject to change based on individual client needs. I will contact you for a consultation for further information. -Deposits can only be transferred once. (If your reschedule more than once, another deposit will have be sent to secure your reservation. Thank you.) - I do NOT offer refunds whatsoever. -If you experience any concerns with you hair after our appointment, I offer a 2-day grace period to address any issues or make any necessary adjustments or enhancements. No refunds. -If I am solely responsible for any rescheduling or cancellations, I will work with you to move the appointment and your deposit that was sent, will remain in your account and be used towards your future appointment.
